Day Women 2025

Day 1

After picking up from Kopitnari airport (20 km from Kutaisi) around 3 pm, exchanging money (from euros or dollars to lari), purchasing SIM cards we will head to Kutaisi. After disembarking at the hotel we will set out to explore the city. We will take a look at the Green Bazaar, the White Bridge, the Royal Quarter and Bagrati Cathedral. We will have a delicious Georgian dinner, you will see why Georgia is famous for its food. We will head to a hotel in Kutaisi for the night.

Day 2

We will leave Kutaisi after breakfast on the road leading to Mccheta. On the way, an obligatory stop in Surami to eat warm, sweet Nazuki pancakes. There will also be a lunch break in Gori, Stalin's city. Next, a visit to the rocky city of Upliscyche, which is considered the oldest urban settlement and dates back to the 5th century BC. Here, as part of the entrance ticket purchased, there is an opportunity for wine tasting in beautiful natural settings. From Upliscyche we will head towards the former capital of Georgia, Mccheta, where we will visit one of the most beautiful and important Georgian monasteries, Sveti Tsakhoveli. In Mccheta we will have a home-cooked dinner with wine and an overnight stay in a family gesthous.🏛️

Day 3

After a Georgian breakfast, we will drive up by car to see the Jvari Monastery and the view it offers from the hill on which it was built. It is here that you can observe how the two colorful rivers, Mtkvari and Aragwi, merge together. Once we feast our eyes on the views, all that is left is a short drive to Tbilisi. First we'll drive up to Cminda Sameba Cathedral by car. Then we will leave our luggage at the hotel. We will release the car driver to begin our citybreak around the capital. We will travel around the city on foot, possibly by metro. We will visit the Peace Bridge, take the train to Narikala Fortress, which is guarded by a statue of Mother Georgia. We'll have lunch in the center and go to relax at the sulfur baths in the Abanotubani district. In the evening we will have dinner at a restaurant with a Georgian dance show. Overnight in Tbilisi.🍷

Day 4

From Tbilisi we will leave in the morning for the next region of Georgia: Samtskhe-Javakheti. To start with, we'll have a bit of adrenaline at Tsalka (Dashbashi) Canyon, where we'll cross a 240-meter-long suspension bridge over a 280-meter-deep canyon, and where there is a diamond-shaped glass lookout point. After the attractions in the canyon we will drive to nature - to 2 lakes: Paravani and Saghamo. We will visit an unusual village inhabited by duchobors (a faction of the Russian Orthodox Church) - Gorelovka with its beautifully painted cottages reminiscent of Polish Zalipie. Finally, we'll see Kumurdo Monastery again and arrive in Varda for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

After breakfast, the first thing that awaits us is a visit to the rocky city of Varda- the fortress of Queen Tamara. You will surely fall in love with the views that unfold from the fortress. From Vardzi we will head to the town of Achlaciche, where the restored Rabati fortress is located. We will stroll through the restored courtyards and cloisters of this 900-year-old citadel. A beautifully restored structure, combining many styles. In places like our eagles' nests, at times like a princess palace from Disney's fairy tales, plus a mosque, polished domes, neat flower beds, a very romantic place. We'll have lunch in Achalciche and set out for the mountainous Goderdzi Pass, located at 2025 meters above sea level. This mountain resort will probably still have a winter aura. That evening we will celebrate Women's Day lavishly at the local gesthous.

Day 6

On this day we will already descend from the mountains to the Black Sea. On the way, we will stop at the beautiful Makhunceti waterfall and finally arrive at the Georgian Dubai - Batumi. We will have lunch and set out to explore the city with its contrasting architecture. We will see the old town, as well as the promenade with the Miracle Park and the famous Ali and Nino monument. For those willing, a dolphinarium or a boat cruise, or the Argo train, the possibilities are many, we will certainly choose something together. In the evening, dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Batumi.

Day 7

After breakfast we will set off in the direction of Kutaisi. However, before we reach the capital of Imereti, we will first visit Martvil Canyon, where there is the possibility of rafting or, for the brave, a tyrolean ride. In Martvil we will have lunch and go to Prometheus Cave. Here we will enjoy a 1.5 km walk underground among illuminated stalactites and stalagmites. For dinner and overnight we stay in Kutaisi.

Day 8

In the morning transfer to the airport. ✈️

The plan is quite detailed, but it is always subject to change if only due to weather conditions or temporary road closures. You have to remember that Georgia, as beautiful as it is, is also unpredictable, but you love it for that.❤️

Georgia, which lies at the crossroads of Asia and Europe, will always be both familiar and exotic to us. On the one hand, the famous Georgian hospitality, on the other hand, the culture and traditions that are not fully understood for us. We guarantee that you will fall in love as we did with Georgian cuisine, wine, mountains and people. 🇬🇪❤️🇬🇪

Price✨

The final price depends on the number of people in the group, the date and the route. Those who are determined should first of all buy air tickets. This is a guarantee of the trip for us. Then, after sending confirmation of ticket purchase, a deposit of EUR 50 is required within 7 days (in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable).
