Day 1 (July 6)
After picking up from the airport (around 1:00 pm depending on which city you are arriving from) near Kutaisi, exchanging money (from euros or dollars to lari), buying SIM cards we will head to the village of Vani. There will be time to relax after the trip in hot sulfur springs in beautiful natural surroundings. If they are willing there will be an opportunity to visit the archaeological museum. Then we will drive to Baghdati, here we will have dinner and an evening wine tasting and overnight stay.πΈ
Day 2 (July 7)
After breakfast, we will set out for the Sairme resort, which is famous for its medicinal mineral waters, which we will have the opportunity to taste. We will stroll through this magnificent resort, where Georgians come to enjoy the many spa services. This day we will also cross the picturesque Zekari Pass (2182 meters above sea level), which is the border between the Imereti and Samtskhe regions, with a picturesque mountain panorama. We will also take a look at the Abastumani resort to reach Akhaltsikhe at the end of our journey. Here we will have dinner and an overnight stay overlooking the picturesque streets of the town.π».
Day 3 (July 8)
We will start our morning sightseeing with a visit to the Rabati Fortress in Akhaltsikhe. We will stroll through the restored courtyards and cloisters of this 900-year-old citadel. A beautifully restored structure, combining many styles. In places like our eagles' nests, moments like a princess palace from Disney fairy tales, and topped off with a mosque, polished domes, neat flower beds, a very romantic place. After visiting Rabati we will set off towards Varda, but before we get there another castle awaits us on the way, this time it will be Khertvisi Castle. The rock city itself in Varda will surely delight you, it is one of the "must see" attractions in Georgia. Of the entire complex, there are about 300 rooms left to explore. Rock chambers, corridors, as well as a monastery and chapel with beautifully preserved frescoes, plus a view of the valley with the Mtkvari River flowing below. After a day of sightseeing, we'll settle in for an overnight stay and dinner in a village nearby.πΈ
Day 4 (July 9)
Just as the previous day will pass us under the theme of castles, on this day we will visit the land of lakes. First the village of Akhalkalaki, here we will do some shopping before continuing on our way into the depths of Samche Javakheti. We will arrive by car at Tabatskuri and Saghamo lakes, and finally at Paravani Lake. Here we will set up our camp, make a bonfire and set up tents to spend the night in the lap of nature in the fabulous circumstances of summer nature. (Tents on the organizer's side, please have your own sleeping bags)ποΈ
Day 5 (July 10)
In the morning bivouac breakfast, assemble the camp and continue along the Sakartvelo. On this day canyons and waterfalls, which Georgia has no shortage of. We will visit Dashbashi Canyon, where, in addition to the fabulous waterfalls, we will walk through the controversial construction of a glass bridge suspended over the canyon (people with a fear of heights may have a hard time here). After walking through the canyon we will head to the village of Manglisi. Here we will visit the Sioni monastery. Also in Manglisi an overnight stay with dinner awaits us.ποΈ
Day 6 (July 11)
After a Georgian breakfast, a horseback rally awaits us. We will set off from Manglisi on a 25 km route through Algeti National Park. Along the way amazing views, a small picnic at the halfway point to give both us and the horses a rest. Back to Manglisi, from where we set off towards Mtsheta. here we stay overnight and dinner.π
Day 7 (July 12)
From Tbilisi we will head to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia. It is a picturesque town at the mouth of the Aragvi and Mtkwari rivers, the cradle of Georgian Christianity. Here we will visit the famous Svetiskhoveli Monastery, known as the "Georgian Vatican." We will then make our way back to Kutaisi. We will visit Bagrati Cathedral, the city center with the Kolchida Fountain, the White and Red Bridge over the Rioni River. We will head to the bazaar to buy souvenirs and Georgian delicacies. In the evening we will have a final supra at the Gesthous where we have an overnight stay. For those willing, purchase and taste wines and chacha from the hotel's marani owners.π·
Day 8 (July 13)
After breakfast, packing and transportation to the airport.βοΈ
The plan is quite detailed, but it is always subject to change if only due to weather conditions or temporary road closures. You have to remember that Georgia, as beautiful as it is, is also unpredictable, but you love it for that. π¬πͺβ€οΈπ΅π±
Georgia, which lies at the crossroads of Asia and Europe, will always be both familiar and exotic to us. On the one hand, the famous Georgian hospitality, on the other hand, the culture and traditions that are not fully understood for us. We guarantee that you will fall in love as we did with Georgian cuisine, wine, mountains and people. π¬πͺβ€οΈπ¬πͺ

50 EUR (booking deposit) on account + 700 EUR payable on the spot upon arrival (total 750 EUR).
Those who are determined should first of all buy air tickets. This is a guarantee of the trip for us. Then, after sending confirmation of ticket purchase, a reservation deposit is required within 7 days, in case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable).
The number of places is severely limited. The minimum number of people on the tour is 4. Only intimate groups.
